ZYMV medium and high voltage solid state soft starter

ZYMV series medium and high voltage solid-state soft starters are mainly suitable for the control and protection of the starting and stopping of squirrel-cage asynchronous and synchronous motors. It adopts a high-voltage thyristor series-parallel connection scheme and is based on a 32-bit ARM MCU, which can start and stop the motor smoothly. It has fault protection functions such as overload, phase loss, and operating overcurrent. The use of ZYMV medium and high voltage solid-state soft starters can effectively avoid the harmful impact on the power grid caused by excessive motor starting current, and enable the normal use of high-power motors under limited power grid capacity and extend their service life.

Features

●The cabinet adopts standard KYN28 structure, coated with aluminum zinc plate and metal armor.

●The cabinet should be used together with an incoming cabinet equipped with a vacuum circuit breaker.

●High and low voltage are separated, and the cabinet is composed of three parts: relay instrument room, main circuit connection room, and valve group room.

●The cabinet is mainly composed of bypass vacuum contactors, thyristor components, etc.

●Shell protection grade: IP4X.
